Grace had to write a sentence using the word “serious”.
Sometimes I have a serious consequence (spelled consiqins) with my mom and dad.
My friend Myah watched Ada for me one afternoon while I was at work.
Ada: Um, Halle’s Momma? Could you carry me to the trampoline because I don’t want to walk in my bare feet?
Myah: Yes, just a second.
Ada: What are you doing?
Myah: I’m organizing my planner.
after a minute…
Ada: Could you hurry up?
Myah: Hey, that was sassy.
Ada: I don’t want you to say that to me.
So, she put her on the trampoline – not ever letting her feet hit the grass.
Myah: Ok, I’ll go get Halle.
Ada: Could you run?
I was reading a book to Ada
Ada: I want to read the big words.
Me: The big ones?
Ada: Yeah, you know, b-i-g. That spells big.
Me: Oooh, so you want to read the word “big”.
Ada: Yes.
Grace: Last night I dreamed about rainbows and bubbles and puppies.
That explains why she’s always smiling in her sleep.
That last one provides some key insight into Grace's personality 🙂
Grace's dream is such a fit for her. 🙂
Ada….oh Ada…. 🙂
